Shipping Policy

At WhiteCrop Agrofarm, we work hard to get your Makhana to you as fresh and as fast as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your orders across India.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Metro and Tier-1 cities are usually faster; remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight. Any available free-shipping thresholds or promotional offers will be reflected at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will share a tracking number and courier details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you.

5. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, courier backlogs, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or force majeure events. We will, however, do our best to keep you informed and help resolve any issue.

6. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, or if a parcel is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will investigate and arrange a suitable resolution in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across India. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or process a refund for that order.
